Woodland Park, Colorado – The City Above The Clouds

Our office is in Woodland Park, Colorado , known as the “City Above The Clouds”, which sits at 8,465 feet at the foot of Pikes Peak and enjoys spectacular views of this famous mountain from every direction. Woodland Park, the largest town in Teller County, is only 18 miles from Colorado Springs, an easy commute on the well-maintained Highway 24, and is surrounded by a million acres of Pike National Forest.
We are members of the Woodland Park Chamber of Commerce.


Teller County Communities – Divide, Florissant, Cripple Creek

The town of Divide sits 7 miles to the west of Woodland Park, while Florissant is 15 miles west of Woodland Park. Throughout our area, we are surrounded by forest offering the best of year round outdoor activity, including camping, hiking, equestrian trails, state parks, world class fishing on the South Platte River, and boating on Eleven Mile Reservoir. Southwest of Woodland Park is where you’ll find the bright lights of gaming in the historic gold mining town of Cripple Creek.


Ute Pass Communities – Green Mountain Falls, Chipita Park, Cascade

East of Woodland Park, heading down Ute Pass (Highway 24) toward Colorado Springs, are the charming mountain communities of Green Mountain Falls, Chipita Park, and Cascade. All under the shadow of Americas mountain, Pikes Peak.
